One of the students I’ve coached over the last couple of years really had a powerful moment of recognition for her capacity, in life… through a Breast Cancer Benefit ride. I was lucky to be present to witness this experience, which reinforced my belief that cycling truly helps develop confidence and self-awareness for everyone. She’s going to be a strong woman someday.
