		<description>@Dan: I recognize your observation, and think that the trend to automatically assume women are beginners or slow, isn&#039;t always an accurate gauge of how things should be, but an indication of over-cautiousness.  Slowing down rides, or assuming women want to ride slower may not suit all occasions.  Of course, all riders have different pace and fitness levels, which should be factored into group pace, but gender alone is not the controller.  Women want to be strong riders, just as men, and finding their own pace gives them something to aspire to.  Over time, any increased riding will likely have an effect on the pace, and women riding with other women may find that the pace is actually faster, in the end.  This may not happen all the time - its just an example.</description>
